Dr. Erica Lee is a Lecturer in Management at the Adelaide Business School, the University of Adelaide. Her research interests include social entrepreneurship, social impact measurement, and social innovation which have contributed significantly to understanding the social enterprise contexts specifically social entrepreneurship in Asia. She published several papers in high-ranking journals such as the Journal of Cleaner Production (ABCD A) and the International Journal of Voluntary and Nonprofit Organizations (ABCD B). Erica is the key caliber of Fullness Academy (FA) under a niche platform organization to provide training, coaching, and consultancy services to social enterprises and not-for-profit organizations.Erica has been awarded the status of a Fellow by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in recognition of her attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education. She has taught students from diverse backgrounds in undergraduate programmes in universities in Marketing, E-Commerce, and Management courses.
