Dr. Erica Lee is a Lecturer in Management at Adelaide University. She leverages advanced data science methodologies—including data visualisation, manipulation, and statistical modelling in statistical software such as SPSS—to investigate complex social venture ecosystems. Her research focuses on social entrepreneurship, social impact measurement, and social innovation, contributing significantly to the understanding of social enterprise contexts. Erica’s research into social venture performance and public interest is published in top-tier, peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Cleaner Production (ABDC ‘A’).

As a key caliber of the Fullness Academy (FA), Erica utilises her research expertise to provide data-driven coaching and consultancy to social enterprises and not-for-profit (NFP) organisations. Erica specialises in bridging the gap between academic theory and field practice by developing technical frameworks and Social Impact Measurement (SIM) toolkits that translate complex datasets into actionable strategic intelligence for practitioners and international NFPs.

Erica has been awarded the status of a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in recognition of her attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework of teaching and learning support in higher education. A dual-market academic professional with experience in Australia and Hong Kong, she excels in delivering curriculum in E-Commerce, Information Systems, Marketing and Management that emphasises rigorous data-driven analysis tailored for practical application in real-world business situations.
