Dr Erica Lee is a Lecturer in Management at the Adelaide Business School, the University of Adelaide. Her research interests include social entrepreneurship, social impact measurement, and social innovation which have contributed significantly in the understanding of the social enterprise contexts specifically social entrepreneurship in Greater China. She published a number of papers with high-ranking journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production (ABCD A) and International Journal of Voluntary and Nonprofit Organizations (ABCD B).
Erica acts as the key caliber of Fullness Academy (FA) under a niche platform organization to provide training, coaching, and consultancy services to social enterprises and not-for-profit organizations.
Erica has been awarded the status of a Fellow by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in recognition of her attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education. She has been teaching students from diverse backgrounds on undergraduate programmes in Information Systems, E-Commerce, Marketing-and Management-related courses at universities.
