Emma McComb is a physiotherapist, clinical educator, and PhD candidate at Adelaide University, whose work is driven by a commitment to enhancing the student experience through innovative, evidence-informed curriculum design. Her current research investigates the use of 360° video as a tool to better prepare physiotherapy students for the transition to clinical placement.Emma's clinical practice spans the lifespan and a broad range of settings, with a special interest in paediatric rheumatology, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, and respiratory physiotherapy. She brings this breadth into her teaching, where she covers foundational physiotherapy topics alongside a particular interest in how students can best be prepared for the realities of clinical placement.
