I am a certified practising speech pathologist investigating the use of non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS) as a treatment for post-stroke aphasia. My research uses techniques such as electroencephalography to examine neurophysiological responses to NIBS. I am also interested in knowledge translation and identifying the barriers and facilitators that influence integration of new technologies such as NIBS into speech pathology practice. I am based at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) in the Brain Stimulation, Imaging, and Cognition Group.
