A motivated, innovative, adaptable and responsible Principal Cropping Systems Agronomist who is passionate about identifying smallholder farmers’ problems and creating adaptable cropping systems solutions for them to increase productivity and reduce production risks. I have a critical approach to serving smallholder farmers with a strong drive to deliver sustainable cereal-legume cropping systems in Malawi that are economically sound, climate-smart, resilient, and environmentally friendly. The passionate drive to create solutions for farmers made me to study Master of Science in Agronomy and currently pursuing PhD in the same
