I am a Lecturer in Accounting at the UniSA Business. Currently I teach Auditing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and Financial Accounting 1. Prior to joining the UniSA Business, I worked at University of South Australia Online (UniSA Online) as an Online Course Facilitator. I was responsible for leading the development and delivery of online teaching for UniSA Online students. My role involved working closely with divisional staff at UniSA to provide high-quality online teaching to undergraduate students, and to coordinate the day-to-day activities of online tutoring staff.I have teaching experience in a range of subject matter spanning the commerce discipline at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Financial accounting, Management accounting, Sustainability accounting and reporting, Auditing and Business Finance. Previously, I worked at the Flinders University, Adelaide and UniSA's School of Commerce as a tutor and a research assistant for a number of years.I have completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a PhD in Accounting. My research expertise is in sustainability accounting and reporting, blockchain and online education. My work has been published in high quality accounting and interdisciplinary journals including the Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Meditari Accountancy Journal, Qualitative Research in Accounting and Management and Journal of Cleaner Production. Recently, I was awarded the Early Career Researcher Award at the UniSA Business Staff Excellence Awards 2022.
