I am a Lecturer in Auditing in the School of Accounting and Finance at the University of Adelaide. My teaching background spans both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, with experience in Auditing, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Sustainability Accounting and Reporting, and Business Finance.
Before joining the University of Adelaide, I taught Auditing and Financial Accounting at UniSA Business and worked with UniSA Online as an Online Course Facilitator. In that role, I led the development and delivery of online courses, collaborated with academic and divisional teams to ensure high‑quality learning experiences, and coordinated the daily activities of online tutoring staff. I have also held tutoring and research assistant positions at Flinders University and UniSA’s School of Commerce.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a PhD in Accounting. My research focuses on sustainability accounting and reporting, blockchain, and online education. My work has been published in leading accounting and interdisciplinary journals, including Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Meditari Accountancy Journal, Qualitative Research in Accounting and Management, and Journal of Cleaner Production. In 2022, I received the Early Career Researcher Award at the UniSA Business Staff Excellence Awards.
