As Researcher, I am on a mission to advance the knowledge and practice of entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy.
My research explores how entrepreneurs create, develop, and sustain their ventures in diverse contexts and environments.
Leveraging over 20 years of experience as a senior techno-commercial leader, along with a PhD, MBA and Master of Teaching degrees, I design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for students in hybrid, online, and in-person settings.
I instruct and coordinate topics such as entrepreneurship, innovation, strategic management, international business, conflict-change and cross cultural management.
I find great satisfaction in facilitating students' learning and development, sharing my insights and expertise in entrepreneurship, strategy, and innovation.
My professional objective is to contribute to research and teaching in the tertiary sector, with a specific focus on entrepreneurial and management domains.
I intend to leverage my prior knowledge in innovation, technology, business, and entrepreneurship, blending it with new learnings and research.
My goal is to deepen our understanding of migrant and expatriate-driven entrepreneurial business creation and ultimately support data-driven policy formation that removes barriers for new job creators.
Dev's research interests are in the field of entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation and management, with a particular interest in migrant and expatriate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial well-being, entrepreneurship policy frameworks, and enablement infrastructure.
