I am a physiotherapist, with extensive clinical experience in paediatric acute and community settings, and PhD candidate, researching children's pain and pain memories. I am particularly interested in how young children learn about pain through social interactions with parents/caregivers and healthcare professionals and how this might prepare them for painful experiences beyond childhood. My research encompasses neurotypical and neurodivergent children, in typical everyday settings as well as healthcare environments.
