Dang is a lecturer in Project Management at the Adelaide Business School, the University of Adelaide.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics and Project Management, and a master’s and a doctorate degree in Project Management. He is currently a member of  Project Management Institute, Association for Project Management, and Australian Institute of Project Management. His professional competence has been recognised in the form of independently assessed, competency-based certifications, including PMP, Prince 2, and Praxis Framework. His research interests include external stakeholders’ behaviour, stakeholder engagement, and project resilience.
