I am an Associate Professor with over a decade of academic leadership at Adelaide University, grounded in 16 years of experience across agribusiness, government, and the development sector. My work bridges research, teaching, and industry engagement, with a focus on building global partnerships and fostering real-world learning for students.

I have led more than $8 million in international research initiatives across the Asia-Pacific and serve as CEO of the University’s Agribusiness Advisory Board, Theme Leader for the Adelaide Nottingham Alliance, and a member of several institutional and government committees. I bring a strong record of curriculum innovation, postgraduate program reform, and work-integrated learning, supporting over 60 student internships and embedding industry throughout the student journey.

With a passion for strategic collaboration and capacity-building, I leverage global networks to strengthen institutional partnerships and promote inclusive, high-impact education. I have been recognised with multiple awards for teaching, service, and external engagement, and I am committed to advancing Adelaide University’s reputation as a leader in applied, globally connected higher education.
