The topic of my thesis is on Factors that influence Progressive Osteoarthritis. I have data now on subjects who have had  a Primary knee replacement and have followed them for the past 3 years and measured Disease progression. I have reviewed those who have progressed within 24months and those who have not. This progression has been measured by Symptom review, sclerostin levels and other demographic factors.
