Christina Varghese is a MPhil student at the University of Adelaide. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Christ University, India in Psychology, Performing arts, and English literature in 2018. She completed her Master of Public Health degree at the University of Adelaide in 2020. Christina has multiple interests in the health sector. She has worked in India and Australia in the area of psychology, social work, communicable disease control (COVID Operations) and in the drug and alcohol space. Her current research focuses on climate change and infectious diseases in Australia. She is supervised by Prof. Peng Bi, Dr Adriana Milazzo, and Dr Scott Hanson-Easy during the course of her research.
