Chloe Cannell is a writer, casual academic and Course Builder. Her PhD (University of South Australia, 2024) explored the challenges of writing underrepresented LGBTQIA+ characters in contemporary young adult fiction with a focus on intersectionality.
 
She has taught courses in creative writing, literature, cultural studies, screen studies, and gender and sexuality studies.
 
Chloe is a founding member of the Critically Creative Reading and Writing Collective.
