M. Cecilia Tournour is a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide Business School. In her doctoral research, she aims to study strategies for supporting leaders in fostering inclusivity for neurodiverse workers while enhancing organisational practices. Her focus is on developing actionable insights that help both leaders and organisations create more inclusive and supportive environments for neurodiverse employees.
She believes in the potential of neurodiversity in the workplace to bring fresh perspectives to everyday practices and drive innovation. Her research explores how inclusive leadership and organisational support can ensure that neurodiverse individuals have equal opportunities to thrive and contribute meaningfully.
