Cally Guerin has worked as a lecturer in literary studies, cultural studies and gender studies, as an academic editor and as a teacher of English language. From 2008-2019 she was employed at the University of Adelaide in the area of researcher education, delivering programs for doctoral candidates and their supervisors. Since then she has moved onto Australian National University, continuing to work in researcher development there, as well as maintaining a role as adjunct Senior Lecturer at Adelaide University. Her interest in establishing collaborative research cultures is reflected in her co-authorship of research papers with students and colleagues on the topics of doctoral supervision, research writing and academic identities. Cally is a founding co-editor of the DoctoralWriting blog.
