Brooke Packham is a Clinical Senior Psychologist at Country Health SA Local Health Network. She provides clinical services to the Integrated Mental Health Service in the South East region of South Australia and specialises in group-based Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Training.
Ms Packham's main research interests include innovative approaches to the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, regional and rural mental health and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. In 2012, Ms Packham led the development of a unique Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Training service for regional mental health consumers. The program was a finalist in the SA Health Awards 2013 and won a Country Health SA Award in 2018. Ms Packham is currently undertaking a PhD examining the impacts of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Training for Borderline Personality Disorder on symptomology, quality of life, client satisfaction and health services usage.
