I completed my Honours at University of Adelaide in Remote Sensing of Acid Sulphate Soils. I am now furthering my interest in optical imaging through my PhD investigating the potential of hyperspectral data for measuring various plant biochemical properties. My project will use various sources of hyperspectral data (imaging and non-imaging) and different data mining techniques to extract information relating to different plant properties. Imaging techniques developed will hopefully provide an alternative method to traditional, costly and labour-intensive methods. When I am not studying, you’ll find me watching sport, cooking and entertaining, or enjoying the sunshine at the beach (but only during summer!)
