Dr. Belinda Rae is an academic researcher and project officer for Professor Carol T. Kulik at Adelaide University, College of Business and Law. Belinda achieved her undergraduate in psychological science from UniSA in 2013 and completed her PhD with UniSA in 2024 studying the effects of gender stereotypes on employee reactions to managers showing negative emotions.
 
 
Member of the Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) since 2015, her research interests focus on workplace diversity, management and leadership, emotions in the workplace, interpersonal communication and stereotype processes.
