Dr. Belinda Rae is an academic researcher and project officer for Professor Carol T. Kulik at UniSA Business. Belinda achieved her undergraduate in psychological science from UniSA in 2013 and completed her PhD with UniSA studying the effects of gender stereotypes on employee reactions to managers showing negative emotions in April 2024.

Member of the Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) since 2015, her research interests focus on workplace diversity, management and leadership, emotions in the workplace, interpersonal communication and stereotype processes.
