Originally from New Zealand, I moved to Adelaide, South Australia, to pursue my PhD at The University of Adelaide. My research area focuses on market-shaping, which manifests from the intentional efforts of actors, working alone or collectively, to disrupt or transform market structures, networks, practices, expectations, rules and norms. As part of the Adelaide Business School, I will be researching market-shaping phenomena within the Future Crops Technologies space in affiliation with the ARC Training Centre for Future Crops Development. I will focus on developing the conceptual domain of market-shaping, market system visions, and how the Training Centre can shape its market. I previously completed my Bachelor of Business and Honours degrees in international business and strategy at Auckland University of Technology.
