My main research interest is work or organisational psychology. My research aims to contribute to our understanding of the factors in the workplace that impact upon individual and organisational well-being. My specific areas of research interest include organisational behaviour, organisational culture, and the behaviour of groups in isolated and confined environments.

My current research projects, including those of my research students, are within the broad area of organisational psychology and are designed to contribute to our understanding of the factors in the workplace that impact upon individual and organisational well-being.

This research generally uses quantitative, and on occasion, mixed method approaches.  My specific areas of research interest include organisational behaviour, organisational culture, and individual and organisational health and well being.
