I am expert nurse professional with research interest in patient safety, quality of healthcare and health systems research. From September 2007 to August 2015, I was working in Jimma University Department of Nursing, and from September 2015 to July 2017, I was working in Bahir Dar University School of Nursing at different academic positions. Currently I am PhD candidate (Nursing) at The University of Adelaide.
