From September 2007 to August 2015, I worked in Jimma University Department of Nursing, and from September 2015 to July 2017, I worked in Bahir Dar University School of Nursing at different academic positions. Currently, I am PhD Candidate at Adelaide Nursing School, the University of Adelaide. My research interest include patient safety, quality of health care and health systems research.
