Anxuan Han is a PhD candidate at SAiGENCI specializing in Artificial Intelligence for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and a Master's degree in Biology. With a strong background in laboratory research, she spent years conducting experiments before realizing the transformative potential of AI in biology. Fascinated by its impact, she decided to integrate AI with traditional biological approaches to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate advancements in healthcare. Her research focuses on developing AI-driven solutions to bridge the gap between data science and biomedical applications.Beyond research, Anxuan is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading, running, hiking, and exploring new ideas. She has a deep love for puppies and finds joy in connecting with nature and embracing fresh experiences.

I am committed to developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models to tackle complex challenges in healthcare. My research focuses on integrating multi-omics data, including RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, histology images, and clinical information, using multimodal models to identify biomarkers, analyze signaling pathways, predict disease prognosis, and assess drug response. By leveraging advanced computational approaches, I strive to bridge the gap between data-driven insights and clinical applications, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes. My work aims to reduce the time, cost, and labor associated with traditional experimental methods, accelerating biomedical discoveries and advancing precision medicine.
