Investigating the potential of duckweed biomass as a novel food ingredient and prospects for high-value utilization.

Duckweed is a fast-growing aquatic plant characterized by a high protein content. My research focuses on enhancing the functionality, digestibility, sensory properties, and health benefits of duckweed for food product development.
