I am a PhD student in the Gillanders Aquatic Ecology Lab with my research focused on analysing and measuring microplastic and heavy metal pollution in our oceans using jellyfish as biomonitors. I take an interdisciplinary approach to my research, focusing on integrating social science with traditional marine ecology to form unique solutions. I am broadly interested in microplastic and heavy metal pollution, contaminant dynamics in marine food webs, and all things Medusozoan.
