Dr Andrea Gordon is a pharmacologist whose research interests lie in the area of substance use and pregnancy and improving outcomes for women and their families. I am an experienced PhD student supervisor with eight student completions supervising across a variety of research topics from fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, cancer, breast feeding, child protection and venous access.

  • Research Interests

I am the Program Director of Addictions studies at University of Adelaide. I Course Coordinate the Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies and I am the Adelaide Program Director for the International Program of Addiction studies comprising of the Graduate Certificate International Addiction Studies, Graduate Diploma International Addiction Studies and the Master of Science International Addiction Studies in conjunction with Kings College London and Virginia Commonwealth University.
