I am a researcher and policy analyst specializing in international relations, climate governance, South-South Collaboration, sustainability, and Loss and Damage (L&D). With over six years of experience in policy advocacy, research, and academia, I bring a transdisciplinary perspective to global challenges. My background includes a B.A in Political Science and English Literature and an M.Sc and M.Phil. in International Relations, complemented by my expertise in environment and development studies.

Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations such as Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi, Laajverd, and Quaid-i-Azam University, engaging with policymakers to improve foundational learning, environmental governance, and resilience-building strategies. My work spans advocacy, policy analysis, and research, positioning me as a strong contributor to international development and climate security discussions.

My goal is to bridge research, policy, and industry to develop innovative, future-focused frameworks for climate governance, ensuring that vulnerable communities remain at the center of climate adaptation strategies

I am pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Adelaide, where my research focuses on climate adaptation, resilience, and governance. I explore the socio-economic and infrastructural impacts of extreme weather events on vulnerable communities within the L&D framework. My study examines how climate change affects communities in Pakistan and Fiji, assessing both economic and non-economic losses and evaluating how global adaptation frameworks are integrated into local and national policies. I am particularly interested in South-South collaboration, compensatory mechanisms, and community-based approaches to adaptation.
