Alok Kushwaha is a passionate and motivated professional with 20 years of experience in academia, research and administration at national and international levels with a demonstrated history and track record of organisational leadership, strategic management, research projects, curriculum design and review, quality assurance and industry linkage in the higher education sector. His areas of interest are semiconductor devices, digital signal processing, biomedical engineering, antenna design, artificial neural networks. Currently working on Optical Coherence Tomography and Fluorescence systems in a team of Dr Jiawen Li and Dr Robert McLaughlin at Institute for Photonics and Advanced Sensing (IPAS).
