I am a PhD candidate and Research associate at the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA) group at Adelaide University. My research generally focuses on how people spend their time (including sleep, sedentary behaviour and physical activity) and its relationship with health, with a focus on the use of compositional data analysis (CoDA) in longitudinal study designs. I have a particular interest in the trade offs people make with their time use, the things that influence these decisions (including the built environment, socio-economic factors, and occupational constraints), and their flow on effects to health and wellbeing.
