Tara Cain is a Research Associate with the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA), with research interests in digital health, artificial intelligence, AI policy in health, participatory research, and cold water immersion therapy.
 
She is Project Manager for LiveBetterSA, a randomised controlled trial investigating digital health coaching, and is completing her Master of Research at the intersection of data governance, conversational AI for health, and user trust.
 
Tara holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise).
