Professor Nancy Arthur is currently appointed as Dean Research for UniSA Business and Dean Research for the College of Business and Law at the new Adelaide University. Prof Arthur holds a BA (Hons) majoring in Sociology (Waterloo), a Masters in Sociology (Alberta), and MSc and PhD degrees in Educational Psychology (Calgary). Prof Arthur is a Professor Emerita from the University of Calgary, where she was awarded a 10-year Canada Research Chair in professional education. Prof Arthur's current research program focuses on career development and the international transitions of students and workers.  Prof Arthur is a Registered Psychologist (AB Canada) and elected Fellow of the Canadian Psychological Association. Prof Arthur’s edited books include Counseling in Context: Identities and Social Justice (Springer); Contemporary Theories of Career Development: International Perspectives (Routledge); Career Theories and Models at Work: Ideas for Practice (CERIC, published in four languages) and Practice Principles: Career Theories and Models at Work (CERIC).
