Dr Manjit Monga is a lecturer in UniSA Business. She teaches and researches in business ethics and human resource management areas.
Prior to joining UniSA, Manjit had a successful career in private sector business overseas and in Australia. She brought the practical experience and knowledge of business to academia and to her research program. Manjit has a Master’s degree and a PhD in Social Anthropology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. She studied structured and unstructured employment relations in public and private sector industries for her doctoral degree.
Manjit has research interest in management ethics, research ethics, human resource diversity management and social enterprises. She has her research published in Journal of Business Ethics, Event Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Sustainable Tourism and in Journal of Developing Areas.
