Dr Dilraj Wadhwa is an Online Facilitator( Lecturer in Human Resource Management) at UniSA Online. She has a PhD in Human Resource Management from CCS University, Meerut, India. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in HR and a Master’s degree in Economics. Dilraj has a successful career in teaching at all levels including a postgraduate level of over 21 years in the fields of Human resources & General management both overseas and in Australia. She has over a decade of experience in academic teaching, research, supervision and leadership with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team. She has previously worked as a Lecturer/ tutor for courses in HRM, Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at Flinders University and the University of South Australia, Adelaide and the Australian Institute of Business.
She also has experience in training 500+ Executives and Graduate Trainees in one of the renowned organisations in India, ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation) in the area of Communication and leadership. She has been awarded a Certificate of Honour for participating in the Workshop “Building and Sustaining Success: Understanding the Role of Resources Capabilities and Competencies” by faculties from the University of Michigan, Dearborn& International Institute of Planning & Management. 
She teaches various HR and other General Management courses at the UniSA School of Business and UniSA Online. -Foundation of HRM, People, leadership and Performance, Management & Organisational behaviour, Managing Global Workforce, Performance and Compensation Management, Organisational Leadership. 
Her research interests areas are motivation and productivity, diversity and inclusion, career planning and management, and engaging learners online.
