I am a Senior Lecturer in Information Management and Research Degree Coordinator - Computer and Information Science (CIS).  Within the Information Management program I teach Information Management Foundations, Readers' Advisory and Collections, Digital Literacy and the Master IM Research Project. I have been with the program for over 12 years.  My research focus is on web evaluation of public library websites, romance genre, marketing of libraries, and administration and management of libraries in GLAMR. I am also interested in the student experience in online programs and postgraduate coursework programs.
