Andrew is an Industrial Designer with over 30 years of industry experience in the field of Industrial Design. Upon completion of the Industrial Design course in 1985, Andrew has worked for Clipsal (Adelaide), Applied Design Development (Adelaide), Continuum (Italy) and in December 1999 he was co-founder of Fingo, a product Design consultancy based in Adelaide.
During that time, Andrew has worked as a part time lecturer at UNISA until 2016 when he accepted a full time position as a Lecturer at UNISA’s city West Campus.
Andrew is a fellow of the Design Institute of Australia (DIA) and has served as a Co President of SA for a term of 4 years and a counselor for a period of 20 years.
Andrew has significant experience with the design of parts for mass production and has many patents and design registrations to his name.
Andrew predominately works with students from all years in both the Undergraduate and Post Graduate degrees.
