Esther graduated from Flinders University with Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and has since worked in research at UniSA. Her research experience spans qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods and secondary research, with topics covering allied health, health services, public health, and evidence-based practice.
She was also a co-supervisor for Honours research projects and a tutor for undergraduate and UniSA Online courses.
Esther currently undertakes her PhD focusing on 'Understanding, demonstrating, and communicating the impact and value of allied health'.
