Dr. Frank Huo is a senior lecturer in Human Resource Management and a member of the Center for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) at the University of South Australia, UniSA Business. He holds a MCom (Hons) and a PhD in Management from the University of Auckland. His research interests include employee wellbeing, job design, workforce performance, high-involvement work processes, job demands-resource theory and human consequences of lean production. His works have appeared in journals such as Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
