I am the Program Facilitator for the Business degrees offered by UniSA Online.
My role provides leadership and support in the delivery and ongoing development of UniSA Online degree programs. I ensure that degree programs provide high quality and outstanding online learning experiences for students through the effective support of Online Course Facilitators and key stakeholders.
I studied Linguistics at the University of Wroclaw (Poland), Business Communication at the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and I have a Master's (by research) and a PhD in Marketing from the University of South Australia. My thesis, entitled ‘Understanding the value of memory metrics in brand health tracking research’, provides original findings about the current state of brand health tracking measurement and the diagnostic and predictive ability of consumer-based brand equity metrics on a brand's performance.
Since 2010, I have been teaching at UniSA a variety of offline and online marketing courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA level, such as Branding, Consumer Behaviour, eMarketing, Marketing Practicum, and Marketing Strategy.
Before becoming a Program Facilitator I have been a Senior Marketing Researcher at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute. The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute is a world-class research institute that delivers real scientific knowledge and important discoveries to corporations all over the world.
My marketing research career spans 9 years. Throughout these years, I have been winning and co-managing several research projects for the government and commercial clients for a wide range of product and service categories, for global and local brands. I am also the author of international conference papers and journal publications in the European Journal of Marketing and Journal of Business Research.
My previous professional career includes more than six years of international marketing experience in Europe. In the role of a Marketing Executive, I was implementing marketing activities for luxury brands for local and international wholesale companies and retail outlets.
