  1.  Deep milk: comprehensive multi-omics to resolve the role of human breast milk in type 1 diabetes risk, funded by JDRF, in which I collaborate with Baker Institute to perform fatty acid measures in breast milk (2023-current)

  2. Epigenomic Mechanisms of the Maternal Protection in T1D, funded by JDRF, in which I collaborate with University of Colorado to sort cells from PBMC samples and do DNA/RNA extraction (2024-current)
