A social researcher with over 10 years of experience in the development sector and 5 years of focused research at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), based in Kathmandu, Nepal, where I have experience working in regional projects funded by ACIAR across Nepal, India, and Bangladesh. My expertise includes implementation of qualitative and quantitative research in agriculture and rural development.

I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health with a strong interdisciplinary background including health, nutrition, gender, WASH, and agriculture. My research interests center on understanding gender dynamics in agricultural systems, particularly how they influence decision-making, access to resources, livelihood outcomes, and sustainable development.
