My research focused on the antioxidant and antifungal activities of plants of the Solanum's genre and the utilization of potato starch as a partial substitute of agar on in vitro culture media. I have determined some compounds using GC-MS and HPLC-UV in the extracts and fractions obtained.
Recently, My research is aligned with the study of Novel uses of retentate derived from membrane filtration of wine.
