Ying Zou is a current Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at the University of Adelaide, where her research focuses on prosocial behavior. She is passionate about understanding the psychological and social factors that influence decision-making and behavior, particularly in the context of marketing and consumer engagement. Ying completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Shanghai University (China), where she gained valuable research experience in consumer behavior, consumer satisfaction, and virtual agents/AI chatbots.
