I have a background in heterogeneous catalysis, previous experience involving zeolites synthesis, Fischer Tropsch wax hydrocracking, methane dry reforming and methanol steam reforming. I have also been involved in ethanol steam reforming and CO2 hydrogenation to methanol research though not as deeply as in the aforementioned processes. My expertise ranges from materials synthesis to performance evaluation, performing materials' characterization and (thermal) reactor construction/troubleshooting (Swagelok) in the middle. My current research is on functionalized MOFs synthesis for lithium extraction from low quality brines (and perhaps later on for thermocatalytic conversion of feedstock to liquid fuels)
