I am passionate about exploring and understanding novel proteins with wide-ranging applications in medicine, fine chemicals, and food security. I am dedicated to discovering and characterising proteins with potential for advancing anti-inflammatory drug development, contributing to the next generation of therapeutic breakthroughs. My work also focuses on developing innovative, sustainable solutions, using a protein toolbox for greener and safer critical element separations and extractions.
