Sam is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate whose interest is in the application of mineralogy, geochemistry and geology towards understanding ore deposits. His thesis focuses on Cu-(Fe) sulphides at the >10 billion tonne Olympic Dam deposit, South Australia, using a range of micro-/nano-analytical tools to uncover sulphide evolution.
