I'm a clinical psychologist and researcher, interested in:
- Preventive psychology / the prevention of anxiety, depression & eating disorders
- Wellbeing & resilience (especially in young people)
- Transdiagnostic theory
- IADC Therapy for grief

I have two main areas of research interest:

- Preventive psychology (specifically, the prevention of anxiety, depression, and eating disorders through school-based and corporate wellbeing interventions including working directly with school students, parents, and teachers).
