In 2024, Shaping Contracts for Work: The Normative Influence of Terms Implied by Law (Oxford University Press, 2023) was one of only four books shortlisted for the UK Society of Legal Scholars’ Peter Birks Prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship (one of the most prestigious awards in UK legal publishing) and nominated for the Australian Legal Research Awards Book Prize. Also in 2024, she has been shortlisted for the University of Adelaide Awards for Outstanding Achievement for Research Excellence and Impact in the mid-career researcher category and received a nomination for the University of Adelaide's Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics Award for Research Impact.
