School of Civil Engineering and Construction

College of Engineering and Information Technology

Drawing on 20 years experience as a structural engineer, my research is focused on civil construction in the early stages of the development of permanent lunar bases. In particular, the production of lunar construction materials without imported ingredients by processes including laser additive manufacturing, direct laser sintering, furnace sintering and casting.
