Dr Andrea Gordon is a pharmacologist who is the Program Director for the International Program in Addiction studies at University of Adelaide, a triple badge nested Masters Program in conjunction with King's College London (UK) and Virginia Commonwealth University (US). Her research interests lie in the area of substance use and pregnancy and improving outcomes for women and their families. I am an experienced PhD student supervisor with 10 student completions, supervising across a variety of research topics from fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, cancer, breast feeding, child protection and venous access.

I am the Program Director for the Graduate Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Studies and the Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and Addiction.
