Ines holds a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science (Neuroscience) with Honours (Physiology) and is undertaking her Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine. She is a member of the Cognition, Ageing and Neurodegenerative Disease laboratory (CANDL) and Animal Welfare, Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience (AWCAN) laboratory.
Her research focuses on Cancer-Related Cognitive Impairment in children/adolescents who are survivors of childhood cancer. She is particularly interested in characterising this condition further in children, and seeks to maintain/improve cognition through a novel cognitive gaming suite funded by the Channel 7 Children's Research Foundation Annual 2023 grant.
