I'm currently an unaccredited surgical registrar working at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with an interest in general surgery and clinical research.

My current research focus is on pursuing a part time Master of Philosophy (Surgery) looking at risk assessment in emergency laparotomy. This consists of a systematic review, an interview based study of general surgeons and trainees and an audit.

I'm also a Clinical Associate Lecturer with the University and am engaged regularly with teaching medical students.
