Pide Lun is a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the Adelaide Business School where he teaches both undergraduate and post-graduate students. Before joining the school as a lecturer, Pide had the opportunity to work as a Visiting Research Fellow in the Finance Discipline at the Adelaide Business School. Pide earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Adelaide, where he focused on applied econometrics. Prior to his doctoral studies, Pide earned his Master's degree in Economics from Kobe University in Japan.
Pide has a research interest in the field of applied econometrics, with a recent emphasis on corporate finance. His current research focuses on utilizing text-based metrics of financial disclosures to assess firm performance.
